PVR-150 IR remote support in LIRC

To get PVR-150 (Hauppauge) IR remote support in LIRC, you can do one 
of the following:

1. Obtain LIRC 0.7.0-r1 and patch it using the patch below.

-OR-

2. Obtain a newer LIRC version with the patch included already.

Next, use the supplied lircd.conf as configuration file for lircd. It 
contains the key codes relevant for the PVR-150 grey remote.

Note that the patch does not enable the IR blaster of the PVR-150. IR
